This is the air cut off valve cap
Amongst many other things i tried to make sure everything is clean etc
So when I tried to blow through this i thought it could be blocked
Very difficult to blow through so i thought try pushing something through
Tried old fuse wire, nope, tried a pin, nope, tried a small pin as you can see, I couldn't even get that right through
In the photo, that's as far as it would go

Thing is, should it be like that ?
I am thinking its nearly blocked and I should perhaps drill the hole out some

Will that make it better or worse, if its supposed to be that small

Thoughts ?

(Carb photo not supposed to be there cant work out how to lose it ? )

Put the drill away, it is a tiny hole. I don’t know how big but when I’ve blown mine out with a compressor after an ultrasonic clean only a whisper of air came through.
