the exhaust studs i snapped about 2 weeks ago have been drilled out,helicoiled and new studs put in.i have to say it took me days to drill out all the bits of stud and i can honestly say that it was one of the hardest jobs ive ever done on a bike.'WHAT A PAIN IN THE ****'.all done now so i can again concentrate on cleaning an shineing things:happy6::happy7::nike::thumbright::thumbleft::thumb::king::king:

Now you see why it's one of my least favourite jobs. I'd rather strip and rebuild an entire engine than mess about with poxy studs!
