Quick review..
I just fitted a centre stand from these guys at Heavy Duties
..and it's a really good piece of kit and worth a look if you're thinking of treating yourself.
Ordering is super easy thro' their website, and they respond to queries promptly. The RD03 stand is the same as the RD04 ( just me being super careful not to get the wrong stand..), and my question was answered within the hour.
Postage took about a week using DPD, and I was supplied with a tracking number.
The stand was packaged well.
All welds are very tidy, and it's finished in powder coat black.
Fitting was straightforward onto the frame lugs, and the pin is a good snug fit.
I used a trampoline spring fitting T bar to help with the twin-spring setup, and it made the job a cinch. Sit behind the back wheel for leverage, and the spring will latch onto the stand easily.
The rear wheel is a good height from the ground, and rock- over when lifting using the rear footpeg hanger makes the process easy enough.
Great value I think.
