Just received Chain Guard, plus Nip Guard from Paul Hodson "Shiny Bits" Fitted chain Guard [replacement for the Touretech Guard] Have not fitted Nip guard as Scotoiler is fitted to the Honda Guard. No time to refit oiler, as I am half way thro welding my new Computer desk, procured a load of one inch box section from work.

Just to say to Paul H. Thanks, trust goes a long way :lol:

Yes any reasonable offers taken up. The Shiny Bits guard looks more the part.

BTW if anyone cares, Icenian just means "of the Iceni", the Iceni being the ancient Brit tribe of Norfolk, whence I came. A tad pretentious, but they have the distinction of having razed London to the ground :twisted:

Hmmm, I've no idea what a reasonable offer would be for the chainguard; I guess it's worth 15 quid to me to get rid of the manky plastic item (assuming your touratech one isn't manky)

Hmmm, 50 quid new, you can probably get more on ebay than it's worth to me! If not let me know.

Sorry it was wrtten at 6 in the morning from work.
Is now 8 nitghtime at home, and still in the same state.

The guard is not manky only the caphead screws tha hold it on to the bike.
