I've got a lovely little laptop for sale if anyone's interested?

It's main selling points are;

It's practically AS NEW, MINT totally unmarked, clean and working 100%

It's VERY LIGHT and Compact, so with a mobile dongle would be ideal to take on your travels, and low cost enough not to worry about losing it.

Compaq Evo N410c

Pentium III mobile M processor 1200Mhz
512Mb RAM (memory)
30Gb HDD (hard drive storage)
W200 Wireless LAN adapter so it's WiFi ready
Windows XP service pack 3
Avast Anti-Virus software
Battery lasts about 1.5 hours although this will vary with usage.
It does not have an optical drive, which is why it's so light. If you need one, you can pick up a USB CD Rom on eBay for about £15.
Comes with NEW Power Supply/Charger and UK mains lead

£99 which includes 1st Class postage in the UK only.

If you want additional insurance or postage to outside UK mainland, this will be at additional cost to you.

(£89 if you want to collect it from me in Sussex)

NO OFFERS Thank you

Intel Pentium mobile III 1.2 Ghz processor

12.1" TFT screen (1024x768)
Sound system, with built in speakers
ATI mobility M graphics
UK keyboard with trackpoint pointing device
Integral 10/100 network & 56k modem
2x USB ports
Parallel, infrared, VGA & serial ports
1x Type II PCMCIA slot
Li-Ion battery & AC adaptor/charger
W200 Wireless 802.11b WiFi adapter

I can't post an actual pic up of it at the moment, because I don't have a cable to connect my camera to my PC.

The pics above are off the internet, and you have my word that it is MINT practically as new.

I would say the things you need to make sure about are;

  • It's not an up-to-date rocketship, but it will do email and internet with ease.
  • The screen is only 12.1 inches, and the actual laptop is supercompact and lightweight.
  • There is no optical drive, which is not a problem if you can download whatever software you want, but if you want CD/DVD you will need to buy a plug in USB drive.
First dibs to you Pete, just let me know when you can.
Second dibs to Andy (Mr Hat)

Cheers
