There’s a small amount of storage space under the pillion seat but access requires a spanner to remove two 10 mm screws.
This spanner is in the toolbox by the battery which in turn needs the Allen key under the rider seat.

To make the pillion seat quicker to remove there are two easy solutions:

1. Swap out the 10 mm screws for M6 Allen screws (20 - 25 mm)
2. Install M6 knurled thumb screws (20 -25 mm)

I'm planning to install an auxiliary fuse box under the pillion seat - more on that again ...

there's also space under where the handbook is kept if your looking to hide something. Not as easy to get at but a big space considering how compact everything is. I fitted a power socket there.
Take this out

And you can get at this space

I also found out you can fit enough under the seat to repair a puncture the tyre levers fit lovely in the holes for the D lock under the passenger seat. Seat also fits in the low position with this under there :D
