Just curious do you shorten your chain so it lasts longer when you put a smaller sprock on?
Or do you toss it when it stretched?

If the chain's stretched BIN it.- if it snaps it can wreck your engine :angry7:

Fit new chain + sprockets.

useing a smaller rear sprocket reduces the amount of adjustments you have which seems daft if you have a good chain but its just too long??

If the chain was goosed fair enough but if its only been adjusted few times?? I am going to be shortening mine seems a waste to me.

Sorry Jabba, that advice just re stretched chain.
If you fitted smaller rear sprocket, yes you may need to shorten chain.
Just make sure a full links' not too much, you dont want a tight chain !!
