I have just degreased my o-ring chain and decided it might not be a bad idea to replace it as the teeth on the front sprocket look a bit stretched.
It has a 15T front and a 45T rear sprocket.
Would it perform better or worse if I went with a 47T on the rear?
What do you guys prefer, o-ring or x-ring?
Top speed riding on motorways wont be done much as I prefer the quiet back roads as I live out in the countryside away from traffic.

depends if it felt sluggish and overgeared before it may benefit from the larger back sprocket , but fuel consumption will suffer a little , although this maybe hardly noticeable on the lanes, and it maybe you just get to change up a bit earlier, but if you where running out of revs before then i would leave it alone

I only got to do 16 miles on it when I bought it before I took the engine out to refurb the top end and put a wiseco piston in it so I havnt really ridden it much.
I want to put a new clutch in it too so its all sorted for when I give it to my son when he is a couple of year older.:clown::clown::clown:
