I think you might have to strip the crank and measure the internal and external diameters of the needle roller...
There are conrod kits available on ebay but they are expensive.
While you have the crank out you might as well to the main bearings while you are there which are listed in the link below.
They are American prices but you can do a google search on the part number and find them in Germany or Poland.
