I have bought some braided hoses to fit, but I am a bit confused how to go about it, I am not even sure I have been sent the right ones.

see pics

there are three bolts and two hoses. the hoses are long enough to go from the brake reservoir to the calipers.

do i remove ALL the existing hoses? ie even the "rigid" higher section of the existing hoses?

do i attach the two new hoses to the reservoir with the longer bolt? because with the existing setup there is one hose coming from the reservoir, which then enters the "rigid" section and splits into two

help!

Yes both hoses go on the longer bolt at the master cylinder up on the handlebar and you strip off all the old stuff. When you route the hoses down to the brake calipers have a look if they are resting on anything as a braided hose will rub groves in things where a rubber hose wouldn't over time
