Good day all, if you could help. I have a rdo7a and the front fork seems very soft. I decided to replace the oil, after draining all the old oil, I pumped the suspension and left if upside down for a while, I tried to refill with new oil. The hienes manual says 648cc but I could not put that much in while keeping the level of 106mm. The volume was substantially less than 648cc. Any idea what I did incorrectly? Thanks in advance

Don't think you did anything wrong. I use the air gap as the only guide as it's the one that affects the way the forks work.

Obviously you are doing the fluid change and gap checking with the spring removed!

Did you pump the fork after putting oil in it ? I agree with Steve T, air gap is your guide.
