got new toys for it in the last few days, have been busy fitting this weekend......

will let the cat out of the bag soon !

(mind it would be a wicked blast for the Caterham up to Skye!!!!)

I guess I had better make the effort, since you will be coming past my front door. I will try and get down to Glen Coe.
You lot sound hardy, tents and all.

Edinbane seems a bit out of the way, is the hotel/pub particularly good?
and the midges will be mental unless we get a late hard frost or a good breeze.
I use Avon skin so soft as well, works ok, but if the air is thick with them you need a midge hood.
Then there is the *&^%$£%^ tourists, 35 to 40 in a 60 limit, drifting around the road as they gaze at shite hawks.
And the weather.............

Should be a great fun, looking forward to it.

Now in Calendar. Rick the pub was nothing special but was good. The beauty was that we were the only tourists in there. (Apart from the Mancunian landlord) The campsite was also quiet for July. No problem with midges there either. (Unlike Glencoe !) :?

I don't remember you McV doing 30 / 40 around Skye, Or was it 130 / 140, Or 15 / 20 down to the Glenelg ferry :lol: :lol: :lol:
