Alri Lads,

My stater to Reg/Rec cable fried. I cut the melted plug off to show to my local hardware/mechanic to get a new part.

My dumb ass forgot to label the wires before I cut it off.
So Now I dont know which wire goes where.

I dont think it matters which goes where but I'd like to see what you guys think.

I'll put some pictures in to illustrate my idiocy.

P.S. Excuse the half title, not sure what happened there

Doesn't matter which three yellow wires.

However best replace wires from alternator all the way to R/R and do away with connector as that can be a point of failure if corrosion is in connector. (electrickrickery+ corrosion/resistance = heat)

R/R Connectors

Extras

Plus upgrade R/R to a MOSFET FH020a, and replace battery if that also got fried.
Thanks, I've just wired it up now.

Bat is ok and Reg/Rec numbers seem fine. Its already a aftermarket one as far as I can tell.

Thanks again.
