Hi, has anyone seen a Vara with a headlight guard, protector grille fitted? the mesh metal type. I would like one but not sure who makes them and how the look on the Vara,

There is I think a Hungarian company that makes crash bars for the Vara , very well made bits of kit , one of the designs has option to fit a headlight guard .
Sorry I can't remember the name of the company , it's an age thing.

I like it! Have anyone seen similar for the TA 600 v too ? Will it affect the Illumination much?
