No, that bike is a 88-91 model. Trust me on that or just google pics of model year 1991 and 1992. The engine sides have been sandblasted likely (that's not a stock color&finish) which may be misleading, however the fuel tank and fairing shape is unmistakeably from a 1st generation bike. It COULD be a 93 model using 1st gen fairings, seat, fuel tank and support brackets, but it's unlikely.
With the addition that Nichof is right: no kickstart means it can't be 1988 or early 1989. It can only be 1990 or 1991.

It is defenetly not an 1993, or is an 1993 with fairings, brackets and seat taken from a 1988-1991 model.

Not really a big deal. It's a very reliable bike despite production year. Two things to check: oil level (and oil change history) -- this is is a deciding factor -- and intake manifold (hard rubber between carb and cylinder head). It can get cracked due to aging and extreme heat. Look from the right side -- you should be able to see the underside of the piece. It's about 70-90euro to replace if damaged. Repairs don't work.
