How best to repair cracked fairing panels.

After some complete lunatic caused me to come off my AT yesterday I now need to mend my headlight fairing panel and left side fairing panel which have been cracked (whilst bouncing off the lunatics right rear light of his car). :blob6:

Has anyone fixed fairing panels themselves using some sort of plastic weld of sorts or fiberglass maybe? The panels are not destroyed, just cracked (4 to 5 inches in a few places).

Any advice very much welcomed. I love my AT and want to nurse her back to health :)

Zip the cracks together from the rear with a heat gun / electric soldering iron will do a fine job. run sone superglue into the cracks and hold together as well for belt and braces approach
You can also use an electic gluegun to add a bit of strength to the rear
Ive used this to repair RD07a panels#

The cracks were on the front leading edge at top and bottom and near a fixing lug......on both sides, I repaired the nose cone the same way

see below

I got my decals remade locally at a design & print shop for £25 per side

Good luck
