I had two of those. The mob over at gsx1400.org are a very friendly and helpful lot as well.

Lovely bike. Does really benefit from 4 degree ignition advancer and a power commander set up properly. The difference in smoothness was remarkable.

I frequent the 1400.org site from time to time, bikes a 2002 K2 model with free'er breathing pipes and a power commander. Which does make it smoother than a very smooth thing, power every where, its a lazy mans bike stick it in top gear and just ride the torque all day long.

It's also got a pair of custom Hagon Nitro's sprung for a XXLFB and longer than stock to raise the rear end. Since the pic was taken Ive had the seat reshaped and covered as with the raised rear it was like a launching ramp and I'm currently mucking about with a twin headlight fairing (Gpz style to those old enough to know ;) ) the one in the pic gives no wind protection what so ever just looks good and keeps the dead flys off the chrome clocks.

It's got enough speed and handling for me and pootling about Scottish A and B roads avg 50mpg ! :-D
