Hi all,

Anyone doing the K2 in Kielder this year? There's not that much info on-line but sounds fun :thumb: Wondering if anyone has done this before or is riding it this year?????

Good opportunity to get your bike dirty and not get kicked-off the trails!??

Get some Mitas E09s front and rear ... all will be fine. Just take it steady and enjoy the Rally.

How many laps do you do?, 1 took nearly 2 hours and you where going some...

I would need to take a tent and a pot noodle...

two laps on both days, if you plan to enter seriously consider upping your fitness level (if don't already train) as it will help.

Ive got the Mitas E07's on at the moment - Hope there's a novice section with a comfort blanket........ Anyone else thinking of doing this?

E07s would get you around but realistically that they aren't an aggressive enough pattern for the muddy sections and ruts, if you are doing the event in pairs then go for it, but if you are on your own you need to note that no one will stop to help you on a special stage.
