Greetings, I'm hoping someone can shed some light on a little bump in the road I've come across in my build. As the title states I've thrown a NT650 / Bros 650 / Hawk 650 motor in a Transalp frame and my issue is the front cylinder's exhaust port isn't allowing me to get the Hawk's front header on because its hitting the TA frame. For those who have done it, how'd you manage? Custom header? Cleared a part of the frame? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Is the port in a different position on the NT/Hawk or is the exhaust header pipe different ie will 650 Alp headers fit?
The 600 ports are at a different angle on the head to 650s but I presume all the 650 variants of the engine are the same.

What did you do with the upper rear engine mounting on the Bros engine as TA600 does not have that mounting point, leave it unattached or make some plates or ??
The RD03 engine is similar to the Bros engine so RD03 exhaust pipes may fit.
how different are the TA600 & TA650 frames at the exhaust port location?
