How strange .
Just went to have a look for some specs on Mr hondas web site and found that The Tranny has vanished. BigV's and Baby V's but no Alps:(.

Is there something they aren't telling us????

You're not wrong! That's a Transalp that's not there if ever I saw one.

Has the Trannie been fitted with a new "stealth" kit? :D

Have they used all the 700 twins in the incredibly popular DN01?

Enquiring minds need to know!

The DN01 uses an 800 cc engine.

Nope, it's the same 680 cc engine that's used in XL700V(A) Transalp and NT700V(A) Deauville...
The salesman lied to me then .

Could it be because the production is moving from Spain to Italy this month ?

Maybe they want to see if the Italian ones stay in one piece before letting them go out on sale !

Mystery solved!

Quote from Honda UK

Sometimes while our website is being updated, certain models can disappear for a short while. I would like to confirm that the Transalp is still a current model into 2010 and should appear back on our website shortly.

The cheek! I'm taller than Hudders! Just! :D
