After many hours of surfing the net to find a seat for my project bike , I found one that I like but its a custom built seat from the US.
The seat costs $225 dollars plus about $100 shipping and then Danish import tax and vat sticks about $125 on top of the bill.

Do any of our members know of a seat maker that could build a seat like this but on our side of the pond?
I reckon this seat and my XL500R tank will make a good combo.

these guys are good , ive used them a few times but they might find it tricky making a seat to fit your bike without having access to your bike

i've made a few seats myself , i'm sure its not beyond your capabilities
piece of sheet ali or steel cut to shape , bit of foam out of an old sofa trimmed to shape with an electric carving knife and a piece of stretchy seat vinyl off ebay BLACK STRETCH STRONG VINYL MOTORBIKE SEAT COVER SIZE 1 MTR X .700 MTR | eBay could probably make 50 seats for the price of that one in the states

I found this place hiding in my computers address book.

Welcome to Vonzeti Welcome to Vonzeti - Cafe Racer Products, tanks, seats...

They specialise in Airhead beemers stuff but they do some stuff that I am liking.
Jnr came round today and took some pictures so we have my bikes dimensions showing bolt holes and other important measurements involved in ordering the correct fit seat.:D:D:D.
