Hi all
I've been interested in green lane-ing/off road riding for some time now, I'm a seasoned road rider but wanted a winter bike to play on, as I'm new to off road riding and after a lot of internet browsing as to
Which bike I should go for, I decided on a crf 250 xrl which I'm picking up next Saturday.
As I'm still not sure if I've made the right choice, can anyone advise if I have made the right choice ?
Is there anything I need to know about this bike i.e.: maitainance, reliability issues, servicing etc.
Any advice in my new venture would be very much appreciated.

Never owned or ridden one so can't advise, but on paper, it looks like a great bike for the type of riding you're planning to do: Lightweight, under-stressed, low maintenance (compared to KTM/HQV)

Every Honda I've owned (road, trials, trail and enduro) has been more than up to the job. I don't think the finish on the current Thai built bikes is up to the standard of those put together in Japan, but it's certainly on a par with all the other manufacturers at the same price point.

I'm sure you'll have fun on it:D
