Hi, first post in this awesome forum. I have tried to find any similar issues as I have on my nx650 but without luck.
I rebuilt my dominator to a scrambler after an accident. And I cant seem to be able make in run decent.
It makes a clicky sound from the carb and looses power. When I rev it dies when I release the throttle. And its hard to start.
I have replaced the intake with a open filter and the muffler.

Does anyone have an Idea of what the issue could be?

I don't know but, just to be clear, did you have the pod filter fitted before the conversion to a scrambler? i.e. did that carb setup work before? I understand that those CV carbs are tricky to make work with a pod filter and I know from experience that the wrong amount of air going in (e.g. a bit more than from the standard airbox) will stop it running properly. Kind of obvious but, if the pod filter is a new thing, I'd suggest switching it out for the old airbox setup and see if that works.
