Some wag has cut the line from the left fuel tap and drained my tank of my RD04 Africa Twin. Very nice of them.
I am thinking of taking the bike to my workshop and fixing it there.
Question1, If I turn the left fuel tap off can I run the bike on the right tap or do I need to replace the hose outside my house?
Question 2, can the hose be replaced without removing the tank?
Not very impressed by the behaviour of the locals.

Sorted. I had a look in day light and you can just access both ends of the fuel pipe.

Well that depends where is cut . If at the tap then you can clamp hose there and use other tap to run bike but you need more then half tank fuel
But I suspect cut around filter ?

It was cur just below the left tap, and both ends re just accessible without lifting the tank. So new fuel line fitted

I was checking it over yesterday and some guy came over and had had the same thing done to his a few streets away.
