Louis sell some generic ones, cheap but nasty or you could have a crack at covering it yourself using vinyl, the interweb and patience or do what I did and use seat tape (basically black duct tape).
If you go down the seat tape route, you're gonna clean anywhere the tape's gonna touch (including underneath) and you're gonna wanna tape the whole way across the seat and staple the ends to the underside of the seat. Don't pull it too tight though. This is what I did several months ago - cost me about 2 quid and doesn't look took bad.
When I've some time, and money, I'm gonna have a crack at re-covering the seat myself, as well as stuffing some extra foam inside. There are some great youtube videos on the subject and I reckon it'd cost me about €30 to €50 - doubt it'll look at good as some of the examples above though but function over form (and Guinness over style).
