Well the planning and lining up is done. Now the welding and fettling 2 months to date. used nc30 swingarm cut and grafted to the standard AT front. The hardest part was working out were to cut to get max strength with internal/external bracing. The finished arn is 1/4" shorter than standard also put 1" down kink on arm to retain ride hight and not upset the stearing to much (I hope) hopein in time to fit 17" in the front with fork exstentions to drop forks to keep same spindle hight. See pics on smarsuki page.

well finally done will it be worth it? don't know yet. Using a honda bros rear wheel re-machined to fit the nc39 hub. This is 17" rather than a vfr standard 18" so I can use good ruber. Still front wheel to do not sure which yet possible fireblade.see smarsuki pics to view wheel

Look at using a 17" VFR400 wheel at the front as they have 276mm discs - same diameter as AT discs - then you only need to look at machining to line it all up rather than caliper brackets etc.
