Hey, that's my new bike. Arrived Weds evening, 1st ride later today. It's a '94, 42k miles retro-fitted with drum rear brake (needed new rear wheel but none available at the time so used complete drum set-up). I do have all the original disc swinging arm etc if I wanted to go back). Came with full Givi luggage & some other spares. Great bodywork!
This bike is in a good, solid condition with good solid tyres and everything works as it should. Wheels could be in a better condition. The front fairing doesn't quite line up, but I don't know why. Hand Shields.

32,642 miles. Just had new motobat battery, front disc, starter solenoid, regulator rectifier, exhaust silencer and Front and Rear Continental tyres. Fast Becoming a sought after Collectible. No reserve.
It has just passed its 50000 mile landmark, but the engine is newer (see below). So when I got this for just £900 for this two years ago, I should not have been surprised at the amount of work which needed to be done.
it has been intermittently advertised for a few months, I notice it as it is local. The price has been reducing though this time it is the same as last time. Not seen it but had thought about it when I sold my Vara but brought a BSA A7 longstroke instead, not quite the same thing!.
1998 Honda XL600V Transalp. Bike has just had a full 12 months MOT put on it and is ready to go. Bike starts easily and is a great runner, very comfortable and a pleasure to ride. Finished in black and with only 18705 miles on the clock this bike is a tidy example.
