I think spark plugs caps
I had exactly same like you on high revs works both cylinders on low rpm works only one new spark plugs and new spark plugs caps solve the problem
Spark plugs caps looks fine but i took transalp to dark place start engine and than i saw spark jumping from cap to cylinder i’ve got transalp 700 so i have only two spark plugs on cylinder but in yours they are two spark plugs for cylinder
Only idea what i’ve got at the moment is replace all 4 spark plug caps for new one, they are cheap on ebay or at shop, before you will start strip your bike...

Will go to garage now and i will try.

Tachometer is working, front cylinder is ok.
Why rear sometimes work sometimes not? When i disconect both cables from sparks you can see and hear sparks. And feel too?.

I newer change, swap or disconect any of cables, except from battery.

And thank you for helping me out.

each cylinder has TWO spark plugs

if one spark plug is not working the bike will run but it may appear to only run on one cylinder

you need to check:

the plugs
the plug caps
the leads to the plugs
all wires to the CDI "black box" (underneath left hand side panel)
the fuel supply (ie is it reaching both cylinders ok?)

It sounds an odd one & nothing obvious comes to mind

Has it been laid up overt the winter? If so was it prepped, carbs drained? When was it last used? Mieage?

All sort!
Rust from a tank plugged on of the yets.
I open carbs and it was full of brown like a fine sand.
Now she runs like a champ!
Thank you.
