Hi all.

My choke won't stay open on my bike. I can
Pull it open revs pick up all perfect but it seems
Like there is a bit of force pulling the lever back closed?

Can't seem to work it out. Has anyone come across
Is there anything to adjust?

Your wisdom would be much appreciated. Cheers all.

You need to remove the little grub (no 35 above, 8mm head I think) screw that holds the handguard in place and the shouldered washer (it may need easing from the handguard), counter hold the main pivot bolt (no 27) with a large flat blade screwdriver while slackening off the bottom 10mm nut (41), now, gently nip up the pivot bolt with the screwdriver - it won't take much to get a nice drag on the choke lever. The pivot bolt is threaded into the lever bracket, the nut just acts as a locknut.
Once done, counterhold & tighten the bottom nut & refit the top bolt.

As an aside, there should be two slight but noticeable indents as you pull the lever, one half & one at full choke. It's not unknown for bits to go missing, get reassembled incorrectly or for the little, normally captive ball bearing to ping off into the distance...
