Started out as a sort of bodge it and see
all worked well and made out of bits that were hanging around so very cheap in fact cost nowt
added some nice stainless screws and locking nuts courtesy of Ebay for a couple of quid ,did quick powder coat on the bits at work to make them pritty, 'makes all the difference'.
Then I had to play with bending plastic for the screen , the main man in our plastics factory told me 160c is the magic number.
I got 2 ally formers rolled to the same curve as the Vara screen and gave it a go with a test peice ,that turned out well too ( I'm on a roll here:happy6: ).
Then bit the bullit and tried it on the screen I had cut and cleaned
bit my nails that did I can tell ya.
:thumbright:
all in all quite a satisfying result.:toothy10:
