[Hapless biker]

Hi

Anyone have any idea how long it's taking the DVLA (which is now on f-ing strike!) to process import applications? I've been waiting almost two months now. Is this normal? The bike is MOT'd and ready to ride; I just need a number plate!

I tried to phone them today & found they were on strike so had to post everything on change of owner as there were problems with it online although I had taxed & sorned the bike over the years the owner database must be different!

Good luck mate; it's a ludicrous situation. Fingers crossed it's resolved soon eh!

Sounds like something's up - it took around 2 weeks when I registered a German-sourced AT a while ago.
