For anyone who's got Virgin mobile, especially on a monthly tariff.
Be aware that they had some kind of 'computer malfunction' on
the 11th and 12th June. Which meant they may well have charged
you for call, texts, internet usage that should be included in your
monthly allowance.

When I got my bill yesterday they had overcharged me by £5-10p for
those 2 days. Of course when I phoned them to complain, no problem
Sir we will refund you, we had a computer malfunction.
But it would appear they are not going to tell you.
just see if they pay their bill !!!!

So check your bill.
