Hi
There's no offset on the front wheel. I never measured the rear as the jig automatically sets this from the old wheel. If you have a loose hub and rim have a chat with Steve at ST Motorcycles, Grantham. Top bloke - details on his website.

Thank you for this. My shiny new Excel rims and s/steel spokes arrived and I'm just about to dismantle the old wheels and replace the bearings. Given I've got all the time in the world during the Easter lockdown, I'm looking forward to having a go at this.
Don't forget pictures, or better videos! Hop all go well!

Any chance of sharing your offset measurements please?
For a front put wheel flat and measure from spokes like in 1st post then flip over and measure other side should be same, next time I have back wheel off I will measure offset.
If badly stuck I try over weekend

Hi all.
It seems there's 3 different sizes of spokes for the rear wheel, long, medium and short
Does anyone knows the sequence of spokes?
Cheers
