Hi All, so I just fitted a Givi top deflector, all good so far.
Went for a spin and certainly it works very well, but I found I was getting wind in the chin/neck area,
particularly on right hand side mainly
Out with throttle hand , and it seems to be coming in from the hand guard / brake fluid area.
Not much i can do with the Fluid reservoir, but any ideas re hand guards ie flip em over, get smaller one's...

in expectation

I'm from the tropics so I like some air behind the screen. The buffeting at highway speeds is usually worst when the bike is loaded and the front end is lighter as a result. I found that when I raised the rear of my '03 650 it was more stable under load and I had less buffeting of my helmet at speed. I'm only 170cm so the extra 5cm of seat height was a bit too much for my duck like legs, but otherwise it was a great improvement.
