Im not using the brakes the clutch is not pulled . there is a nosie coming from engine somewhere when i shut the throttle off its like the the noise slows up as the bike slows up .is this ticking winding nosie normal .
Sounds like the front chain sprocket. I've had this on two of my ATs. See this thread.
See robelst's post and my post for the relevant bits. If it is the front sprocket you have to space out the sprocket retainer with a couple of washers but still leave a bit of play in the sprocket.
Mine did the same and the chain was to tight. Put some more slack on the chain and see if the noise goes away.
