Hi, i have recently purchased a xr400 and i am looking for a few parts.
The headlight lens has been smashed, does anyone know where i can purchase a replacement.

Try cmsnl or David Silver i have used both, if its a USA model it will have a smaller headlight compared to the European one hope this helps

I moved away from the standard headlight lens and found one that takes a H4 halogen bulb instead of the candle the old one uses. The reflector also makes much better use of the light and is an exact fit
I have one of these fitted to mine the code on the lens is Stanley 001-2411 be carful not all models used this headlight i think some models of the CG125 used it as well
