Hi all, summer time comes to an end, my bike already asking for maintenance and other work on it..
firstly I have to solve carb issues, bike is popping on idle:(
Oil burning is in second place, but it burns alot :(
Yesterday i lost my front wheel bearing, on a way to work. Few weeks ago rear wheel bearings stuck.

so,I will try to collect all the parts i need, in a few weeks

if any one of you have for sale used boano carbon/kevlar parts, headlights with bracket, please, let me know

Hi all,
after fighting myself, few weeks ago, i decide to go with engine work. But will also include pictures from summer build.
all started from huge amount of oil burning and compression test.
allready ordered oversized pistons for the engine. Cilinders and heads sent for inspection.
And my biggest hope to make it run before season comes..

Done frame powder coating, all bearings used new, oem, most of the bolts have been replaced by oem , swing arm bearings new, oem. Made new headlight mounting to fit boano front fairing. Carbon/kevlar composite dashboard from boano.
Fully rebuilded front forks. Engine covers painted just to look fresh. Replaced rear light, in white color. Fully repainted fairings, just the color by my mistake was selected wrong :(

Still have to wait for a week or two to get my new pistons, I need to change valves too. Valve guides looks like new, so, will leave them as is.

i will not get to the crankshaft, just because its lightened, I can’t get new oem bearings for it.

Glad you decided to rebuild engine, iI would advise using oem cylinder base gaskets and cylinder head gaskets. Some of the copy ones don't have the oil hole to lubricate the cam. Good work enjoying seeing the work you have done and good luck.
