At the risk of making a total dick of myself... Whats the difference between the RD03, 04, 07 etc?? Ive had a little looksie about but thought it be quicker to ask directly. can anyone point me to a thread or explain the differences and pros and cons. best/most reliable etc???

I really do fancy one see.

RD03 is a 650 no oil cooler

RD04 and RD07 have the same RD04 750 motor

but on the 07 flatside carbs and 07A has Throttle position sensor on the carbs and an improved CDI, but the lump is still and RD04, and that is the actually the prefix for the Engine number :)

best is RD03 the original HRC

but you will always get folk the say that a black 07A is better and faster :)

they are all old, now so reliability will be a function of what has been done / improved and your skill
